Symposium

Ask:
To create and design a brand identity for Symposium, a wine bar/cafe in East Walnut Hills, Symposium

Goals:
The goal was to create a timeless, relaxed and refined brand identity to share with East Walnut Hills, Cincinnati.

Results:
Working with J. Matt Nickels, Chef Aaron Owen and interior specialist Kim Ranz of 22R Design Build was a fun challenge. After listening to their vision, I was hooked and jumped right in to help develop the vision. The owners wanted to start a consistent build across various brands that they were looking to start and that led us to their love of birds — excellent, let’s go! This brought forth the look of this first space, “the nest.” Everything starts in the nest, and then we elevated it. Welcome in, Symposium, an approachable but still refined – lift a glass and break some bread.

The design looks so great, we love Jason’s work
